Public service guarantee act 2010
This act is recently implemented MP public service guarantee act/lok seva abhiyan 2010 is 1st of its kind in India even no other state has come up with such as groundbreaking legislation to uproot corruption and facilitating public service to common man shivraj Singh chauhan led BJP government in MP indeed deserve extolment.
In this act ensure delivery of time bound to the public. If the service provider fails to provide the service on time he/she have to pay the fine. Following service are guaranteed.
Ø Birth certificate
Ø Caste certificate
Ø Domicile certificate
Ø Death certificate
Ø Tap water supply connection
Ø Kharsa copies
for asking this service applicant have to go through following procedure.
ž The applicant shall receive when he/she submit an application to the offices for desired service time begin from data of submission which is mentioned the receipt.
ž The officer have time bound for keeping the file with him ,if the officer fails to provide the service in time the applicant can approach to the officer.
ž In case of delay the officer in charge will have to pay the fine to applicant of Rs 250/day maximum of Rs 5000
ž Appellate officer can also be penalized if he /she fails to ensure the delivery of service he/she shall be fined 500/day maximum 5000 if the valid reason is not provided.
This act will instrument in curing corruption on the lower level burearac. If implemented in good order the public service guarantee act 2010 shall make MP a model state in term rendition of public service.
